WHAT IS STARVING TO SERVE (S2S)?
#Starving2Serve is an annual fundraiser where we ask students to go without food for 27 hours to raise awareness and money to help stop world hunger. The money we raise primarily goes to Outside the Bowl, a soup-kitchen ministry that aims to nourish children physically and spiritually. Money will also be donated to the church wide Serve Your City campaign. In 2020, North Coast campuses raised over $100,000! This event always has a huge impact on the people Outside the Bowl cares for. Starving 2 Serve also always has an impact on the individual that participates. On a small scale, participants are able to empathize for just 27 hours of what many people in our world dealing with for weeks, months, and years.
